Customer Success & Special Projects Associate

Location: Remote (with in-person days in Bangalore each quarter)
Experience: 2-3 years
Annual CTC: 20–30 LPA (flexible based on experience)
Impact & Mission:
- Be the voice of our customers – Manage relationships with our earliest partners, ensure they succeed, and help turn them into champions
- Work hand-in-hand with founders – You’ll operate across product, performance, and operations, helping us scale what works
- Build from zero – Help establish the rituals, systems, and playbooks that define how we do customer success
- Drive results – Partner with high-growth brands to optimize their storefronts and extract insight from every campaign
What You'll Drive:
- Customer Success: Onboard, retain, and grow strategic customers; run performance reviews, manage support, and unlock growth
- Insights to Action: Analyze campaign and page data to recommend optimizations and spot conversion wins
- Special Projects: Jump into high-impact initiatives — from building a CRO playbook to assisting with launch experiments
- System Building: Create documentation, streamline operations, and improve how we scale performance and relationships
- Voice of the Customer: Capture feedback, elevate needs, and collaborate with the product team to build a better product
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 2–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or fast-moving consumer startups in customer-facing roles
- Communicate clearly and confidently — you're comfortable talking to founders, operators, and marketers
- Are a structured thinker with strong analytical instincts — just as comfortable in spreadsheets as you are in slides
- Are comfortable using AI tools to move faster and think better — whether it's summarizing customer insights, drafting updates, or brainstorming CRO ideas, you treat AI as a thought partner
- Are ecommerce-curious — you enjoy thinking about user journeys, digital products, and how people buy online
- Thrive in high-velocity environments — you move fast, learn quickly, and get energy from ownership
